At Layaan Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request a return, and the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued.

Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Items returned without prior approval or without following our return instructions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Claims submitted after 5 days from delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps carefully:

  • Do not open or use the incorrect item

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item

  • Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team

All incorrect items must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Failure to follow these steps may delay or invalidate your replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or faulty item).

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Layaan Fragrances is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Air Freshener Products – Special Conditions

Our air freshener products are subject to a slightly different returns policy.

Each air freshener is carefully inspected and tested for faults or damage prior to dispatch. Due to this quality control process, we do not offer refunds for damage claims on air fresheners once they have been delivered.

However, if you experience an issue with an air freshener, please contact us. We will review and investigate the matter on a case-by-case basis to determine whether further action is appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
