This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, dispatched, and delivered, as well as important information regarding delivery timeframes, customer responsibilities, and circumstances that may affect shipping.

Order Processing

At Layaan Fragrances, all UK Mainland orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Services

We ship orders using trusted and reliable delivery services, including Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Mainland deliveries are typically made within the timeframe associated with the chosen Royal Mail service.

  • Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may require an additional working day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Royal Mail strikes

  • Network disruptions or industrial action

Layaan Fragrances cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Lost or Misdelivered Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is lost or misdelivered due to a courier error, we will arrange a replacement only after the courier has completed their investigation and officially confirmed the loss or misdelivery.

Please note that courier investigations are handled independently and may take several working days to complete.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for any return and re-delivery costs.

Layaan Fragrances is not liable for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. To avoid delays or additional charges, please double-check your delivery information before placing your order.
